Dolcemente è un evento nazionale dedicato ai dolci della tradizione italiana che si svolge annualmente presso la Stazione Leopolda di Pisa. Il programma della manifestazione comprende un ampio calendario di attività divertenti e interattive progettate con l’obiettivo di valorizzare le produzioni tipiche normalmente escluse dai circuiti distributivi. L’elemento che qualifica e caratterizza la manifestazione è costituito dal suo carattere divulgativo, in linea con la vocazione della città di Pisa, luogo di conoscenza e punto d’incontro di saperi e culture.

1° Rassegna nazionale dei salumi di sangue

A San Miniato (Pisa) si celebra la tradizione dei salumi di sangue, dei salumi di una tradizione antica, quando del maiale non veniva buttato via nulla, perchè tutto era necessario, soprattutto quando la povertà e la fame la facevano da padrone , e portavano per necessità a creare salumi di quinto quarto , dei sanguinacci, testa,frattaglie, sangue, venivano insaccati,arricchiti a volte con spezie e frutta secca e lasciati a stagionare.
Dal 19 al 20 ottobre nel borgo di San Miniato si svolgerà Sangue Blu, la prima rassegna nazionale dei Salumi di Sangue. Due giorni alla scoperta di sanguinacci e affini, grazie alla presenza di esperti,chef di calibro nazionale e al supporto di Slow Food. Sotto i Loggiati di San Domenico i visitatori potranno degustare e acquistare i salumi, ma anche impararne i segreti della produzione e l’utilizzo in cucina.
La Toscana è una delle regioni che più di tutte ha una tradizione di salumi di questo tipo. Basti pensare al Biroldo della Garfagnana , composto da testa di maiale, lingua, sale e lardo conditi con spezie, aglio e buccia d’arancio, insaccato nello stomaco e cotto in acqua. Perfetto da consumare a fette con il pane di castagne tipico del territorio.Non meno noto anche il Mallegato, Presidio Slow Food preparato con sangue fresco, lardello, pinoli, uvetta, noce moscata e cannella, insaccato a crudo nel budello di vitello e fatto bollire.
Ma le specialità toscane non sono solo queste: dal Buristo senese al Bardiccio della Val di Sieve, per finire con la Soppressata di Sangue pisana e il Mazzafegato aretino, salsiccia di frattaglie cugina del Sanbudello, tradizionalmente mangiato con melone o fichi.
Insomma ce n'è per tutti i gusti, una buona occasione da non lascirsi sfugggire per scoprire una di quelle tradizioni che compongono la bella Toscana, ma più in generale che caratterizzanon un paese meraviglioso qual'è l'Italia.....

1er Salon National des salami de sang


A San Miniato (Pisa), nous célébrons la tradition des viandes de sang, une tradition ancienne, quand le cochon n'a pas été jeté tout de suite, parce que tout a été nécessaire, en particulier lorsque la pauvreté et de la faim faite par le maître, et a conduit à la nécessité de créer Salami Quinto Quarto, le boudin, tête, abats, de sang, étaient saucisses, parfois enrichis d'épices et de noix et de gauche à mûrir.
Du 19 au 20 Octobre dans le village de San Miniato aura lieu Blue Bloods, la première enquête nationale sur Salami de sang. Halloween celebration MMXIII

Anche quest'anno a Borgo a Mozzano (Lucca) si festeggia Halloween in ogni modo.
Si inizia il 26 ottobre con la "Notte Nera" , un gioco interattivo in cui ognuno è protagonista.

La Notte Nera è un gioco interattivo dove il pubblico è protagonista.
La Notte Nera è la porta di passaggio tra i giorni comuni ed il "non niente". Una cerimonia di mezza via prima che scocchi il rintocco del ventiseiesimo giorno di ottobre. In questa notte buia, s'apre il varco d'interzona tra gli esseri delle tenebre ed i mortali. Solo per poche ore, sangue e non-vita, si sfiorano in una danza di velluto ed è possibile scorgere la forma d'ogni cosa.  
Un nuovo grande mistero da sciogliere.
Questa la missione. Ogni Famiglia di Vampiri, composta da un minimo di 2 ad un massimo di 5 rappresentanti, è invitata dal Reggente dei Vampiri di Tuscia a celebrare la Costellazione di Sarcanyra. Durante la cerimonia accadrà un tristo imprevisto che porterà ogni famiglia a svolgere un'indagine e a snodarsi in mille peripezie, tra enigmi da risolvere e prove da sostenere all'interno del Centro Strorico del Borgo di Mezzo. Strani personaggi, esseri affini e creature pericolose, interagiranno con i giocatori portandoli lentamente alla soluzione. Certo ci vorrà sale nella zucca, nervi saldi e soprattutto sangue freddo... qualità indispensabili per un Vampiro.

LA NOTTE NERA 

Cette année, en Borgo a Mozzano (Lucca) Halloween est célébré dans tous les sens.

Elle commence le 26 Octobre avec la "Nuit Noire", un jeu interactif dans lequel tout le monde est le protagoniste.

Le Black Night est un jeu interactif où le public est le protagoniste. 

Le Black Night est la porte du passage entre les jours ordinaires et le "rien." A mi-chemin de la cérémonie avant qu'il y ait le tintement de la vingt-sixième jour d'Octobre.Dans cette nuit noire, ouvre la porte de interzone entre les êtres des ténèbres et de la mort. Seulement pour quelques heures, le sang et non-vie, sont frôlés dans une danse de velours et vous pouvez voir la forme du tout.

Un nouveau grand mystère à résoudre. 

Cette mission. Chaque famille de vampires, composé d'un minimum de 2 à un maximum de 5 représentants, est invité par le Régent des vampires de la Tuscia pour célébrer la Constellation de Sarcanyra.

 Au cours de la cérémonie, un triste inattendu va arriver qui va amener chaque famille à mener une enquête et de vous détendre dans mille aventures, y compris des puzzles et des tests devant être engagés dans le Centre Strorico du Borgo di Mezzo.Personnages étranges, des êtres proches, les créatures dangereuses interagir avec les joueurs en les prenant lentement à la solution. Bien sûr, il faudra esprit, les nerfs et surtout de sang-froid ... qualités essentielles pour un vampire.
