Quest'anno il 5-6-7-8 e 12-13-14-15 dicembre per la prima volta a Prato, nell'area ex Fabbricone in via Targetti ci sarà un'esposizione di oltre 100 tipi di birre provenienti dal mondo, per questo saranno allestiti 1500mq di stand espositivi dedicati alle birre artigianali di produzione italiana ed internazionale.

- Giovedì e Venerdì dalle 18:00 fino a tarda notte
- Sabato e Domenica dalle 11:00 fino a tarda notte

Diana Bracco, presidente di Expo 2015 Spa, ha annunciato che Il David di Michelangelo sarà il simbolo del Padiglione Italia all'Expo  , firmando un protocollo di intesa con la Regione Toscana in un incontro a Firenze. Una copia del capolavoro michelangiolesco sarà collocata nella grande Piazza del Padiglione Italia: ''Vogliamo contribuire al rilancio del paese'', ha affermato Bracco, secondo cui in questo senso il David ha ''un valore emblematico''. Una grande soddisfazione per la Toscana e i suoi abitanti, fieri di avere cosi tanti tesori da rappresentare una nazione intera nel mondo.

Anche quest'anno, più precisamente il 2 Dicembre ritorna il tradizionale appuntamento con il Treno a Vapore e le carrozze d’epoca , che porteranno gli appassionati e non a Castelnuovo di Gafagnana, in occasione della tradizionale festa della farina di castagne,per trascorrere una giornata all’insegna delle tradizioni.
Viaggiare su un treno a vapore è come tornare indietro nel tempo,eccitati per il viaggio ,perchè era vissuto era vissuto come un'avventura, dato che ti permette di visitare posti meno conosciuti e sotto un altro punto di vista, un modo davvero unico per visitare la Toscana, questa magnifica terra che non smete mai di lasciare a bocca aperta.

Europacinema

Europacinema giunge quest’anno alla trentesima edizione. E’ nato a Rimini nel 1984, per iniziativa di Felice Laudadio in stretta collaborazione con Federico Fellini, che ne disegnò il primo logo. La sua missione è semplice ed insieme di difficile attuazione: difendere e valorizzare la cinematografia europea in un mercato globale dominato dall’industria americana delle immagini.
Dopo le prime quattro edizioni svolte a Rimini, nel 1988 il festival è passato fugacemente da Bari per poi approdare nel 1989 a Viareggio, dove si svolge regolarmente ormai da 25 edizioni, il festival ha trovato la sua sede definitiva. Dagli schermi dei cinema viareggini sono passati centinaia e centinaia di film europei. Tra le sale, gli alberghi e il centro congressi si sono alternate decine di ospiti, iniziative, rassegne, studi su protagonisti o tendenze del cinema. L’avventura viareggina di Europacinema si è avviata felicemente sin dal primo anno, nonostante le difficoltà dovute al nomadismo delle prime cinque edizioni. Il biennio 1990-91 è considerato il “periodo aureo” del festival.
Dal 1993 al 1996 il festival viareggino ha collaborato con l’European Film Academy per la selezioni dei migliori film europei partecipanti al Premio Felix, l’Oscar del Vecchio Continente.
Nel 1997 la guida del festival è passata a Monique Veaute, mentre Laudadio veniva chiamato a dirigere la Mostra del cinema di Venezia. Nel 2002 il fondatore ha ripreso in mano il suo festival, che nel 2007 ha cambiato formula, dedicandosi a focus riservati a singole nazioni europee.
Nel 2010 subentra alla direzione Pier Marco De Santi, rimasto al timone del festival fino al 2012.
Quest’anno l’incarico di ideare e dirigere la vetrina del cinema europeo è stato assegnato al regista Daniele De Plano. Sarà organizzata un’edizione speciale, che celebra i 30 anni di festival con una selezione dei film (o autori) più significativi proposti dal 1984 ad oggi, denominata “The Best of”, il meglio di EuropaCinema. Il festival, ormai da un quarto di secolo radicato in città, prosegue e si prepara ad affrontare nuove sfide. Tra gli eventi “collaterali” un’importante retrospettiva dedicata ai film del Maestro Mario Monicelli, la più completa mai realizzata in Italia, per una figura profondamente legata alla città di Viareggio; mostre esclusive come i costumi del Premio Oscar Piero Gherardi realizzati per L’armata Brancaleone e, per ricordare Federico Fellini, una selezione di 100 disegni realizzata dal regista, esposti nelle sale del Festival. Il Desco 2013 sapori e saperi lucchesi - Il Desco 2013, tastes and knowledge of Lucca - Il Desco 2013, goûts et connaissances de Lucca

Sapori e Saperi Lucchesi per quattro weekend a Lucca dal 16 novembre al 8 dicembre presso il Real Collegio, in cui si fà un vero e proprio viaggio gustativo tra le prelibatezze tipiche e tradizionali che presenta la lucchesia. Ricetta della domenica : Arista e Talli - Recipe Sunday: Arista and Talli - Recette Dimanche: Arista et Talli

Tuscanyworld oggi vi vuole proporre una ricetta toscana molto saporita ma al contempo abbastanza leggera, che vi lascerà soddisfatti pienamente nonostante la sua semplicità.
 La ricetta di oggi è : Arista e Talli.

Ingredienti per 6 persone:

- una lombata di maiale (con osso): kg. 1,5
- due spicchi d'aglio
- rosmarino
- olio d'oliva
- sale e pepe

 Preparazione:

Legate bene il pezzo di carne con lo spago da arrosto dopo averlo ricollegato. Fate un trito con aglio, rosmarino, sale e pepe e mettetene la metà nella carne. Con il restante trito massaggiate la carne , poi mettetela in una teglia. Insaporitela all'interno con lo stesso trito. Ungete con mezzo bicchiere d'olio e fatela cuocere in forno medio per circa un'ora e mezzo. Una volta ben cotta, slegatela, affettate la carne, e servitela cosparsa con il sughetto di cottura. È d'uso, e consigliabile, cuocere nella stessa teglia delle patate tagliate a tocchi. Come alternativa nell'olietto di cottura si possono "tirare" dei rapini o del cavolo nero, lessati e battuti grossolanamente.Arista di maiale ben saporita e talli di rapai insaporiti nel grasso della carne sono un gran piatto invernale: un classico della cucina toscana.
Accompagnate tutto con un buon Chianti dei colli senesi, noi vi suggeriamo il Pietraserena , prodotto dalla famiglia Arrigoni a San Gimignano con bella vista sulle sue fantastiche torri, davvero ottimo.

- Two cloves of garlic
- rosemary
- Olive oil

 Tuscanyworld offre aujourd'hui, une recette toscane très savoureux, mais en même temps grande légèreté, pour que vous laissera totalement satisfait malgré sa simplicité.

La recette d'aujourd'hui est: Arista et Talli.

Ingrédients pour 6 personnes:

- Un filet de porc (avec os): kg. 1.5
- Deux gousses d'ail
- Rosemary
- Huile d'olive
- Sel et poivre

Attachez le morceau de viande, avec de la ficelle de rôti . Faire un mélange avec de l'ail, le romarin, le sel et le poivre et la moitié mettetene dans la chair. Avec le reste,masser la viande, puis mettre dans un plat allant au four. Saveur à l'intérieur avec le même haché. Graisser avec une demi-tasse d'huile d'olive et faire cuire à four moyen pendant environ une heure et demie. Une fois bien cuit, slegatela, découper la viande et servir saupoudré avec la cuisson de la sauce. Il est de coutume et conseillé de cuire dans la même casserole de pommes de terre coupées en morceaux. En alternative dans l'huile  peut  être cuit «tirer» avec de rapini ou de frisè, coupé en gros morceaux. Arista porc Rapai savoureux et bien assaisonné et cuit battus de métaux dans la graisse de la viande sont un excellent plat d'hiver, une cuisine toscane classique.

 Il teatrino di Vetriano appartenente al FAI (fondo Ambiente Italiano), è accreditato nel guinness dei primati del 1997 come il più piccolo teatro storico pubblico al mondo. Infatti misura solo 71 mq,  ma è completo di tutto quanto si richieda a una sala teatrale in piena regola. Fu istituito alla fine del 1800 all'interno di un fienile donato da un cittadino privato, e fu gestito da un Società Paesana formata da circa 20 componenti che si autotassarono inizialmente per sostenere tutte le spese del caso.
Durante gli anni fu usato sia per recite locali, che per quelle di compagnie viandanti, svolgendo una funzione assai significativa nel vita quotidiana del paese.
Purtroppo agli inizi degli anni 80 del 1900, la struttura duìivenne inagibile per noncuranza,e anche gli arredi interni andarono in rovina, ma agli inizi degli anni 90 fu acquistato da FAI e fu totalmente restaurato,grazie anche all'aiuto di alcuni sponsor,riportandolo all'antico splendore.
I posti a sedere sono in totale 99, ed in platea una volta gli spettatori la sedia se la portavano da casa; oggi le sedie sono come quelle di allora, adottate qua e la, una perfino appartenuta ai Kennedy, Nelle balconate sono state rimesse a nuovo le originali panche in legno.
Dopo circa 4 anni di lavoro nel 2002 il teatrino è stato riaperto,ospitando tutt'ora concerti e spettacoli di ogni genere.
Il teatrino si trova a Vetriano di Pescaglia (Lucca).

 The theater of Vetriano belonging to the FAI (Italian Environment Fund), is credited in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1997 as the smallest historic theater audience in the world. In fact, measuring just 71 square meters, but it is full of everything that is required in a theater full- blown. Was established in the late 1800s in a barn donated by a private citizen, and was managed by a company formed  Paesana,with about 20 components that autotassarono initially to cover all the costs of the case. During the years it was used for both local performances, and for those companies wayfarers, carrying out a very significant function in the daily life of the country. Unfortunately, in the early 80s of 1900, the structure became unusable for carelessness, and even the interior furnishings were ruined, but in the early 90s it was bought by FAI and was totally restored, with the help of sponsors, bringing its former glory. The seats are 99 in total, and the spectators in the audience, once the chair if brought from home, but now the chairs are like those original, taken here and there, an even belonged to the Kennedys, In the balconies have been refurbished the original wooden benches. After about 4 years of work in 2002, the theater was reopened, still hosting concerts and shows of all kinds.
The theater is located in Vetriano of Pescaglia (Lucca).

 Le théâtre de Vetriano appartenant à la FAI (Fonds pour l'environnement italien), est crédité dans le Livre Guinness des Records du Monde en 1997 comme le plus petit public du théâtre historique dans le monde.
En effet, mesurant à peine 71 mètres carrés, mais il est plein de tout ce qui est nécessaire dans un théâtre plein soufflé. A été créé à la fin des années 1800 dans une grange donné par un citoyen privé, et a été géré par une société formée par Paesana,avec environ 20 composants, que autotassarono initialement à couvrir tous les frais de l'affaire. Pendant des années, elle a été utilisée pour les  spectacles locaux, et pour les spectacles errant, jouant un rôle très important dans la vie quotidienne du pays. Malheureusement, dans les années 80 de 1900, la structure est devenue inutilisable pour négligence, et même l'aménagement intérieur ont été ruiné, mais au début des années 90, il a été acheté par FAI et a été totalement restauré, avec l'aide de sponsors, ce qui porte son ancienne gloire.
Les sièges sont 99 au total, et les spectateurs dans le public, une fois la chaise si apporté de la maison, mais maintenant, les chaises sont comme ceux qui originale, pris ici et là, un même appartenait à Kennedy, les balcons ont été restaurés là encore ,les bancs en bois d'origine. Après environ 4 ans de travail en 2002, le théâtre a rouvert ses portes, accueille toujours des concerts et spectacles de toutes sortes.

 Sabato 16 novembre dalle ore 17.30, la famosa stella del rap italiano Emis Killa incontrerà i suoi fans e firmerà le copie del suo album "MERCURIO" presso l'area Mediaworld al Parco Commerciale di San Vito a Lucca in via delle Cornacchie 960.
