E’ pronta San Miniato per la seconda edizione della “Notte Nera”, la festa del tartufo
nero estivo che l’anno scorso ha stupito i visitatori per l’originalità dei contenuti e la qualità degli allestimenti.
Dal primo giugno, come da calendario ufficiale, è aperta nei boschi e nei fondivalle delle colline sanminiatesi la ricerca del tartufonero, che si concluderà il 30 novembre.
Nel territorio di San Miniato si trovano tutte le tipologie di tartufo, compreso il marzuolo che viene celebrato nell’ormai consolidato appuntamentodella Mostra Mercato di Cigoli.
Il tartufo dell’estate è il “tuber aestivum”, meglio conosciuto come tartufo d’estate o scorzone.
Questo tartufo ha la scorza di colore nero con verruche grandi piramidate e la polpa dal giallastro al bronzeo, con venature chiare e numerose che scompaiono alla cottura. Al contrario del suo parente ricco, il “tuber magnatum”, il tartufo nero deve essere riscaldato nella cottura delle pietanze ed è quindi l’ideale per ripieni e impasti.
Insieme al tartufo, nell’ambito dell’iniziativa,ci sarà il meglio dell’enogastronomia del territorio.
L’Associazione Vignaioli organizzerà un tavolo d’assaggio e proporrà una degustazione dei vini del territorio. La Condotta Slow Food proporrà un’edizione straordinaria del Mercatale in notturna e l’Associazione dei Ristoratori sanminiatesi offrirà ai visitatori prelibate pietanze al tartufo nero.
In piazza anche un appuntamento d’eccezione del Master del Tartufo organizzato dall’Associazione tartufai delle colline sanminiatesi per una lezione di cucina a cielo aperto.
Oltre all’enogastronomia anche tanto spettacolo con animazioni, intrattenimenti e
musica per le vie e le piazze della città. In particolare nella festa sarà organizzata la premiazione del concorso indetto da San Miniato Promozione per l’idea grafica del manifesto della prossima Mostra Mercato del tartufo bianco.
La Pro Loco organizzerà visite guidate della Via Angelica, l’antico sentiero che metteva in
comunicazione il centro urbano con la campagna.
Con la “Notte Nera” l’immagine del centro storico cambierà per una notte e verranno valorizzate le peculiarità urbanistico –architettoniche che lo trasformeranno in una scenografia di “Arte in Strada”.
L'appuntamento è per venerdì 26 luglio dalle ore 19:30 nel centro storico di San Miniato.
